Notice Regarding Upcoming Season:
Returning teams must submit a show application with their membership packet. Be sure to check your date before starting to plan your show. All show dates must be approved first by your zone chairperson.
New memberships and renewals can be made for the 2011-2012 competition year beginning in June. See our Library page for Forms and Instructions.
Remember that all show applications must be made 60 days prior to the horse show date.
Important Show Planning Rules for 2011-2012:
1. New Teams do not have to host a show in their first season.
2. Teams in their second year must co-host one shows or host one on their own. You may not host your first show alone without the supervision of your zone chair. If you choose to co-host, you must co-host with an experienced team.
3. Experienced teams can accept 2nd year teams as co-hosts without losing their "host" status. Just list your team as the show host and the assisting team as the co-host. Divide the work accordingly.
4. Remember that all applications are due in the Membership Office 14 days before the opening date (call for entries) of the show you plan to attend.
